We are located at House Number 1583 on the New Road in Phusro. Our office is right across from the Hanuman Mandir in the middle of Phusro Bazar. It’s a loud and busy area, which is fine by us because it keeps us on our toes. We do infrastructure work, which basically means we are involved in building things that the town needs. Phusro is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we have to be careful to do things right. If you mess up, word gets around fast. We spend most of our time out in the dust and the sun, and the office is just a place to sit down and catch our breath. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls. It’s just a room with some chairs and a desk where we handle the bills and the planning. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to work by candlelight or just go home early. That is just how it is here. We aren't making any big promises about being the fastest or the cheapest. We just show up and do the work that is in front of us. Most of the guys on our crew have been with us for years. We trust each other to get the job done without needing someone to watch over us every second.
