Our office for Janshakti Organic Farmer Producercompany Limited is located at Qr. No. 1293 in Sector- 5/C. This is right in the middle of Bokaro Steel City. It is a standard government-style quarter, which is very common in this part of Jharkhand. We are a farmer producer company, so we spend a lot of time working with people from the surrounding rural areas. Sector 5 is a very familiar place for anyone who lives in or around Bokaro. The space we have here is quite simple and functional. We use it to manage the organic side of our work and coordinate with the many farmers who are part of our group. There is always something to discuss regarding crops or market prices. Being a limited company means there is a lot of paperwork and compliance to handle, so we spend a good chunk of time on the computer. It is definitely not a fancy office. We have a few chairs and a large table where we hold our meetings. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to sit and wait it out while we talk. That is just a normal part of life in Bokaro. We started this company because we wanted a proper structure for the local farmers. It is hard work, but we are used to the grind. The location in Sector- 5/C is convenient because it is easy to reach by bus. We don’t have big signs.
