Our office is located in the TAH Complex right by Gandhi Chouk in Giridih. It’s a busy spot, especially in the afternoons when the traffic picks up. Being near the chouk means we see a lot of people passing by every day. The complex itself has a few different businesses, so there’s always someone coming or going. We have a small room where we keep all our documents and meet with people. It’s nothing fancy, just a few chairs and a table that has seen better days. We don’t spend much on decorating because we’re busy with the actual work. Giridih is a place where everyone knows everyone, so word of mouth is how most people find us. We don't run big ads or anything. We just sit in the office and handle whatever comes through the door. Sometimes it’s quiet, and sometimes five people arrive at once. We just handle it as it comes. The stairs up to the office can be a bit steep, but it keeps us moving. We’ve been here at the complex for a while now. It’s a central location which makes it easy for folks coming from the outskirts. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful when people ask us questions about what we do. It's a plain room with a lot of files, but it's where we get things done every single day.
