We are set up in the R.H. Colony in the Bermo area of Bokaro, Jharkhand. Vikash Kumar is the person on the ground here, looking after the daily operations for our local projects. The office is located right in the colony, which makes it very convenient for our staff who live nearby. It is a practical arrangement for managing the infrastructure tasks we have scattered across the district. Being in a place like Bermo means we are close to the mining and industrial sites where a lot of our work takes place. We spend a lot of our time making sure that the supply lines are open and that the projects have what they need to keep moving forward. It’s not a glamorous job, and the office reflects that—it’s full of maps, schedules, and safety gear. We don’t worry much about how things look; we just worry about whether the work is getting done correctly. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or logistical delays, but we’ve learned how to work around those things over the years. People in the Jharkhand area know us for the projects we’ve completed, and we prefer to let that be our reputation. It’s just a group of regular people working hard to build the things that the community needs, one day at a time, without making any grand promises we can't keep.
