In Bokaro Steel City, Hcc Ltd. is located at Sector-2/B, Quarter Number 2-194. We’re operating out of this space, which is care of S.D. Dubey. It’s a residential area, so it feels very different from a typical business district. The office is basically part of a house. We’ve set up our computers and files in the main rooms. It’s a quiet neighborhood in Jharkhand, and we like it that way. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we know the routine inside out. We handle the local logistics and the site reports from here. It’s a very hands-on job. There isn't any fancy lobby or a receptionist at a front desk. You just come to the door and one of us will let you in. We spend our days mostly on the phone or going through spreadsheets. We drink tea, talk about the day's tasks, and try to keep things organized. It’s not always perfectly tidy, especially when we’re in the middle of a big project, but we know where everything is. We don't use any big marketing slogans or anything. We’re just here to do the work that needs to be done. It’s a practical setup that fits the needs of the company in Bokaro. We’re just a small group of people doing our jobs in a normal, everyday way, making sure that everything stays on track for the projects we manage.
