Our business is based out of Village Kunda, near Gomia in the Bermo area. We are located at Number 41, and if you are looking at the land records, it’s Khata Number 46/178. It’s a rural setting, which means things work a bit differently than they do in Ranchi or Jamshedpur. We are very much a local operation. The office is part of the village life, and we know almost everyone who lives nearby. Working in the Bermo area, specifically around Tenu, means we deal with a lot of local terrain challenges and supply routes that can be tricky during the monsoon season. We don't have any corporate polish or fancy titles; we are just people who know how to build things and manage a site. Our days are spent talking to local labor, checking on the progress of various small and large projects, and making sure we have enough cement and bricks. The office is a simple place where we keep our logs and ledger books. It’s often busy with people coming in to talk about work or to settle accounts. We don't try to sound like a big multinational company because we aren't one. We are just a local engineering and construction firm that knows this patch of Jharkhand well and works hard to keep our projects moving forward every day. We just take things as they come and try to do a solid job on every site.
