Gupta Study Point

Gupta Study Point is located inside the Shiv Shakti Market. This is in the Saraidhela area of Dhanbad - 828127. Being in a market means there is always something going on. There’s the sound of people haggling and scooters zooming past. We are on one of the upper floors. It’s a bit quieter up here than it is on the ground. We have a small sign out front. It’s a bit faded from the sun. Inside, it’s just a regular office. We have some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We don't offer water or tea unless someone asks. We are usually too busy with the paperwork. Saraidhela is a busy place. We’ve lived and worked here for years. We know the other shop owners in Shiv Shakti Market. We buy our lunch from the stalls downstairs. Gupta Study Point isn't a huge operation. It’s just us. We keep things simple. No complicated systems or fancy technology. Just notebooks and pens. Sometimes the stairs are a bit dirty because of all the foot traffic in the market. We try to sweep them when we can. It’s a practical location. Most people can find us easily because the market is so well-known. We open up at nine and stay until the work is done. That’s the way we’ve always done it here in Dhanbad. We plan to keep doing it for a long time.
