We work out of Vidyapati Nagar in the Bhawanipur Site area of Chas. The office is at Jawahar Lal Mahatha’s place, near Jodhadihmore. Chas is a busy place with all the industrial activity nearby, so there is always a need for new construction. We do a lot of the groundwork and structural building around here. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordinating with the suppliers for bricks and steel. Our office is simple and functional. We have a table, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corner. We don't worry about being fancy. We worry about whether the concrete is mixing right and if the levels are straight. Working in Chas means you have to deal with a lot of dust and noise from the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We started this because we saw how much the area was growing. We have a solid team of guys who aren't afraid of hard work. We spend our mornings checking the sites and our afternoons dealing with the logistics. It’s a long day, but it’s satisfying to see a building go from a hole in the ground to a finished structure. We don't make big promises, we just show up and put in the hours. If you are around Jodhadihmore, you can usually find one of us at the site or grabbing a quick tea nearby before heading back to the work.
