We’re based in Mandawali at House Number 137 on Shanti Marg. You have to go down Gully Number 4 to find us, near Sarpanch Ka Bara. It’s the office for Durha Constructions Pvt. Ltd., and Shri Subodh Kumar Verma is the one who keeps things running here. This part of Delhi is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We do a lot of different construction jobs around the city. Our space isn't very big, but it’s where we store all our equipment and sit down to figure out the schedules. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look more important than we are. We are just a group of people who know how to build things. Some days are really busy with people coming in and out, and other days we are all out in the field. We try to be direct with everyone we work with because that saves time and avoids mistakes. It’s not always easy work, and the heat in Delhi can be brutal on a job site, but we keep at it. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us pretty well. If you need to stop by, just look for the gully off Shanti Marg. We’re usually there making sure the next job is ready to go. Our team is small and we work long hours to get things finished.
