We are the Dtdc Courier & Cargo Ltd branch located in Chas, which is in the Bokaro Steel City area of Jharkhand. Specifically, we are in Prabhat Colony. If you are coming to visit, just look for the South of Shiv Mandir, as everyone around here knows where the temple is. Being near a landmark like that makes it easy for people to find us when they have packages to send or pick up. It’s a busy little area and we see a lot of different people every day coming through the door. The air in B.S. City always feels like it has that industrial touch because of the steel plant nearby. Our office is 827013 for the postal code. It’s not a very big space, just enough room for the parcels, a few scales, and some desks. We deal with bikes coming and going all day long. It gets pretty dusty with all the cargo moving in and out, but that is just the nature of the business. We don't have any fancy brochures or a polished reception desk. It’s just us and the boxes. The staff here have been around for a while and they know the local routes like the back of their hands. It’s a practical job in a practical town. We just keep our heads down and make sure the courier bags are loaded on time every evening.
