Barnwal Store

Barnwal Store is located right across from Singh Mansion in the Saraidhela area. It’s a busy spot near the Kola-Kusma More where people are always moving around. We started this place because there was a need for a basic shop in this part of Dhanbad. We don't sell anything too complicated, just the usual items people need for their houses. The shelves are usually full, though sometimes we have to wait for the delivery truck to arrive from the main market. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the bags and boxes, but we know where everything is kept. If you ask for something, we can usually find it pretty fast. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in town, just a reliable one for the local residents. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use a torch, but that's just life here. The floors get a bit dirty when it rains because of the foot traffic, but we sweep up when it gets quiet. People from the neighborhood come here because they know us and it’s convenient. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just open the shutters every morning and wait for the first customer. It’s a plain, straightforward shop for plain, straightforward people. We like being part of the daily routine for the folks living near 828127. Working here keeps us busy and we get to know everyone nearby.
