APCS Construction Private Limited is based in Bokaro Steel City. Our office is located at number 746 in the Bari Co-operative Colony. This is a well-established residential area, so it is quite easy for us to travel to different parts of the city from here. We have been in the construction business for a while now, primarily focusing on local building projects. Being in a co-operative colony means the surroundings are a bit more organized, but our office remains a simple, functional space where we do our daily work. We are not a large corporate entity with glossy marketing materials. Our focus is on being on-site and ensuring that the bricks are laid correctly and the cement is mixed to the right consistency. Bokaro is a city that was built on heavy industry, so the people here value hard work and a straightforward way of doing business. We do not spend our money on expensive advertising; we prefer to let the quality of our finished projects speak for itself. Sometimes we work on private houses, and other times we might be involved in projects for small local businesses. The days are usually quite long, often starting very early in the morning to beat the heat. We try to keep our clients informed about the progress of their work without using any unnecessary technical terms.
