Our little shop is at P6 in the Suraj Shopping Centre, located in PD Nagar, Chitralaya. It’s a local spot where most people in the neighborhood come to get their stuff. Rudra Deal isn’t a massive store; it’s just a regular unit in a shopping center that’s seen a lot of years. We carry a mix of things depending on what people are asking for lately. The shelves are usually a bit crowded because we try to fit as much as possible into the space we have. Some days it’s just us sitting here waiting for the afternoon rush. We know a lot of the families who live around PD Nagar. They stop by to chat even if they don't need to buy anything that day. The shopping center can be a bit quiet on weekday mornings, which gives us time to fix the displays and count the stock. We don’t use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still done with a pen and a notebook. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us. We’ve had this spot for a while, and we like being part of the Chitralaya community. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s our own business and we take care of it as best as we can.
