Kgn Pharma is situated at F3/1Near Midc Near Midc. Being right there means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and industrial sheds. It’s a very specific kind of environment where the air smells like industry and there’s always a hum of activity in the background. Our particular spot at F3/1Near Midc Near Midc is where we handle all our pharmaceutical operations every day. It’s a straightforward space without much fuss. We have the usual setup with some office chairs that have seen better days and a lot of steel shelving for the inventory. There isn't much in the way of decoration or fancy artwork. We find that we don't really need it to get the job done. Most of our day is spent looking at lists and managing the stock that comes in. The proximity to Near Midc makes it easy for certain parts of the business, but it also means the roads around here are constantly used by heavy vehicles. We’ve gotten used to the dust and the noise over time. It’s just the backdrop to our work life. The team here is pretty small and we all know each other’s names. We don't have formal meetings in big boardrooms or anything like that. Instead, we just talk over things while we are working or during a quick lunch break in the corner. It’s a practical way to run things without getting bogged down. We just keep the place going.
