Ansari Agro Industries

Over here in Kotagiri, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. Ansari Agro Industries is located at Sy No 1265/E, and we are surrounded by greenery mostly. We deal with the local crops and whatever the season brings us. Some months are incredibly busy, especially around harvest time when we have tractors lining up outside the gate. Other months, we spend our time fixing the equipment or cleaning out the storage areas. The air smells like soil and plants most of the time. We aren't a massive corporation with fancy suits. Most of us wear work boots and clothes that we don't mind getting dirty. Dealing with agriculture means you are always at the mercy of the weather. If it doesn't rain, we have a problem. If it rains too much, we also have a problem. We’ve been at this spot in Kotagiri for a long time now. The neighbors know us, and we know them. We don’t really do any advertising. People just know where we are and what we do. Our office is just a small room with a desk and a few chairs for when farmers come in to talk. It’s simple and it works for what we need. We just try to handle the produce fairly and keep the operations running without too many breakdowns. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours during the peak times, but that’s just farming life in this part of the country.
