Aditya Urja

Our place is right across from the Bank of India in Chhotaudepur. Aditya Urja is located in the Society Jin Compound, which is pretty easy to find if you know the area. Post Dhokaliya is a quiet enough spot, though the traffic near the bank picks up in the afternoons. We spend most of our time dealing with solar panels and bits of electrical gear. It's a small team here. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. Usually, someone is out on a site while the rest of us stay back to manage the deliveries. The building itself is older, but it serves its purpose. We have a desk with a lot of papers on it and a back area where we keep the equipment. Sometimes the weather gets really rough, and we have to wait it out before heading to a farm or a house for an installation. It’s straightforward work. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the local news while we wait for trucks to arrive. People around here know us as the guys who work with the sun. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do every day. We’ve been at this for a bit now, learning as we go. The compound gets a bit muddy when it rains, so watch your step if you visit. We don't have any shiny signs, just a regular door that stays open most of the day.
