Rani Partap Bazar is a busy spot, and that is where we run Dhan Laxmi Krishi Seva Kender. Our shop is full of heavy bags of seeds and fertilizers that farmers need for their crops. Depending on the time of year, we are either very busy with people preparing to sow their fields or we are just sitting and waiting for the next season to start. We spend a lot of time talking about the rain and which pests are currently causing trouble in the area. It is not the kind of job where you stay clean; there is always a bit of dirt or chemical powder on our clothes. We don't have a polished sales pitch or anything like that. We just tell the farmers what we have in stock and what has worked for others in the past. Rani Partap Bazar is always full of tractors and carts, which makes it feel like the center of the local farming world. We keep the shop open early so people can get what they need before heading out to their land. It’s a lot of manual work, moving heavy sacks around and making sure we don't run out of the popular seeds. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, helping out with the supplies that keep the local farms going. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of business for folks who work the soil. We just keep it moving.
