Sopan Projects

Our office is in Suri, tucked away in the Sonatore Para area. We are right near the old Income Tax office, which is how most people find their way to us. Sopan Projects uses a guest house building, so it has a bit of a lived-in feel to it rather than a cold office environment. Birbhum is a quiet district for the most part, and Suri is no exception. We like it that way because it lets us focus on the projects we have going on. The building has some character, and you can tell it’s been there for a long time. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We aren't really interested in having a flashy storefront. Most of our work is done behind the scenes or out on site anyway. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, which can be frustrating when we are trying to send big files, but we manage. You’ll usually find someone here from early morning until late evening. We don't follow a strict corporate schedule; we just stay until the work is finished. It’s a small team, so we all know what everyone else is doing. There’s a certain rhythm to life here in West Bengal, and we’ve built our business to fit into that. It’s practical, it’s local, and it works for us. We just get on with things without making it complicated for the people who come to see us. It’s a steady way to work and live.
