Simplex Infrastructures Limited

Our spot is located in Haraipur village, right in the Birbhum district. It’s a simple setup we have here, staying with Raghunath Mondal’s place. Out in this part of West Bengal, things move at a different pace, but the work we do is still as heavy as anywhere else. We are involved in the construction side of things, dealing with the nuts and bolts of infrastructure. It’s not an easy life, spending all day out where the dust is thick and the sun is hot. Most of us grew up around here or in the neighboring towns, so we know the terrain. We don't go in for fancy speeches or corporate talk. If a job needs doing, we just grab the gear and get to it. Sometimes the logistics of getting materials out to the village can be a bit of a headache, especially when the roads are bad, but we make it work. It is a lot of physical labor and making sure the measurements are right. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to make sure the structures we build are solid and safe. People around the village know where to find us if there’s a project starting. It’s just us, some heavy machinery, and a lot of hard work every single day. We keep the paperwork to a minimum so we can focus on the actual building work outside.
