Simplex Infrastructure Limited

You can find us in Vill: Fatepur, which is under the Mollarpur post office in the Birbhum district. It’s a very rural part of West Bengal. We are the Simplex Infrastructure Limited crew for this area. Our office is just a simple building in the village, nothing fancy at all. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local labor and making sure materials get to where they need to go. Birbhum is known for its red soil, and it gets everywhere in the office during the dry season. We don't have air conditioning, just a few ceiling fans that click while they spin. It’s a basic way of working, but it’s what we know. We don’t put on any acts or try to look more important than we are. Most of us grew up around here or in nearby towns. We deal with the day-to-day problems of construction, like trucks breaking down or late deliveries. It can be stressful, but we just take it one day at a time. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints spread out on the tables and half-empty cups of tea. We’ve been in Fatepur for a while and everyone knows where the Simplex office is. It’s just a normal place where work gets done by people who care about their families.
