Saroj Enterprise

Saroj Enterprise is based in Sainthia, which is a part of the Birbhum district. It’s a quiet enough place most of the time, and we like the pace here. We don't have a huge staff or a complicated hierarchy. It’s mostly just a few of us making sure the day's work gets done. We handle various tasks depending on what is needed that week. Being in Birbhum, we are pretty connected to the local community. We don't go in for any of that corporate talk you see in the big cities. To be honest, we are too busy for that anyway. The workspace is simple and functional. We spend a lot of time on the phone or dealing with logistics. Sometimes things don't go exactly to plan, like when a delivery is late or the weather keeps us from getting things moved, but we just deal with it. It’s an honest way to make a living. We’ve been here for a while and we know the locals. We aren't looking to become some giant company. We just want to keep things running smoothly and make sure our customers get what they need. It’s a basic business model without any bells or whistles. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and get to work. That’s really all there is to it for us.
