Our office is at Holding No.1075, Ward No.2/55, in Apcar Garden, Santiniwas. It’s on the 1st floor, Flat No 1, right on G.T. Road near the IT Building. Being near the G.T. Road means it’s always busy and there is a lot of traffic passing by throughout the day. We focus on building homes for people. It’s a small operation, and we like to keep things personal. You won't find any corporate jargon or fancy talk here. We just talk about bricks, wood, and plumbing. Most of our days are spent visiting sites to make sure the walls are straight and the materials are arriving on time. We’ve had days where nothing goes right, and days where everything moves perfectly. That is just the life of a builder in this part of town. The office is a modest flat where we keep our blueprints and handle the accounts. We know the neighbors and the local shops around Apcar Garden quite well. We are just regular people who decided to start a business building houses. We try to keep our prices fair and our work honest. It isn’t always easy with the rising costs of materials, but we manage somehow. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does a decent job for the people who trust us. We take pride in being reachable and honest about the work.
