We started RSRF CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED over in Birbhum, specifically in the Mahulara village area. It’s a quiet spot near Panrui, and that’s where we run most of our daily operations from. Sk Sahabuddin’s place serves as our main point of contact for anyone looking for us. Most days involve a lot of travel between different sites in the district. It gets quite hot out here in West Bengal during the summer, but the work doesn't stop. We usually have a small team of local workers who know the land well. Dealing with the paperwork takes up more time than I'd like, but that's just how it goes with a construction business. We handle a mix of small builds and some bigger stuff when it comes our way. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a room with some desks and a lot of maps and blueprints lying around. People from the village often drop by to talk about their projects or just to see how things are going. We use a lot of local materials whenever we can get them. It makes things easier for transport since the roads around here can be a bit tricky after it rains. We don't really have a big marketing plan or anything.
