We are based out of "Adarsha" in Seharapara, right here in Suri. It’s a house turned into a workspace, really. We work alongside Smt. Namita Chatterjee. It’s a local operation through and through. Birbhum is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else. We don’t have a big staff. It’s just a few of us handling the daily tasks that come in. We don’t really have a specialty that we shout about. We just do what needs doing for the people who come by our door. The office is tucked away, so it’s quiet most of the time. We have some old desks and a few computers that have seen better days. But they work fine for what we need. We don’t spend money on fancy decor. We’d rather just focus on the paperwork and the people who visit. Sometimes we have tea and chat with neighbors who stop in to say hello. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We aren't trying to be some big city firm. We like being in Suri. It’s our home. We keep our hours fairly steady, but sometimes we stay late if there’s a lot to finish before the weekend. It’s just how things are at Real. We’ve been here a while and we plan to stay for much longer. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up and do what we can for the community.
