Our company, Osaw Agro Industries Pvt Ltd, is based out in the countryside. We are located at Dhirid Kachhavi, which is part of the Village Mahanam Belibar. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here if you aren’t from around these parts. The area is mostly fields and quiet roads, which is actually pretty nice for an agro business. We have our facility set up here where we handle all our daily operations. It's not a big industrial park or anything like that. It’s just us out in the village. We work with the rhythms of the seasons. Some months are incredibly busy and the yard is full of activity, while other times it's a bit more relaxed. Most of the people working here are from Mahanam Belibar or the nearby villages. We know the land well and we know the people. We started this because we wanted to work in the agro sector right where the farming happens. The building is sturdy and practical. We don't spend much on decorations because we’re usually too busy with the machinery and the crops. Sometimes the roads get a bit muddy after the rain, making it a challenge for the trucks, but we always find a way to get things moving. It’s a simple life out here in Dhirid Kachhavi, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just focus on doing our jobs and helping out where we can.
