Down here in Bolpur, near the Mission Compound, things move at their own pace. We are part of the Nelito Systems group, and even though there are big names like Tata attached to the letterhead, our office here in Birbhum feels very local. You can hear the sounds of the town from the windows. The address is Bolpur Mission Compound, and we’ve been here for some time now. It’s a brick-and-mortar place, nothing too flashy. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the local area well. We deal with systems and processes, but it’s mostly about sitting in front of screens and making sure the data is right. Sometimes the power cuts happen, and we just wait it out or switch to the backup. It’s not like the big glass buildings you see in Kolkata. It’s more practical. We have our files, our desks, and a lot of tea. People in the neighborhood know us as the office near the post office. We don’t do much advertising. Work comes in, we process it, and we go home to our families. The CMM Level 3 thing is on the paperwork, but here in the office, we just focus on not making mistakes.
