Engineers & Architects

We are located at Modian in the Mallarpur area of Birbhum district. Our office is associated with the family of Monsur Ali and we have been here for quite some time. Being out here in a more rural part of West Bengal means our work as engineers and architects is very hands-on. We don't just sit in the office all day. We are often out in the fields or at small construction sites checking on things. The office itself is quite basic and doesn't have much in the way of decoration. It is just a place to store our tools and maps and to meet with people who need help with their building projects. We speak simply and we don't use a lot of technical jargon unless we really have to. Most of our clients are our neighbors or people from the nearby villages. We understand the local soil and the way the weather affects the buildings here. It is not a fast-paced life like in the big cities but we stay busy enough. We take pride in just doing a solid job and making sure the structures are safe. There isn't any fancy marketing here because everyone knows everyone else in this part of Birbhum. If you need us you just come to Modian and ask for the office. We are usually around and ready to talk about whatever project you have in mind for your land.
