Dipak Paran Rice

Dipak Paran Rice is based out of Nagari Village. We are located near the Karidhya post office in the Suri-I Block of Birbhum District. If you know this part of Birbhum, you know it’s known for its red soil and the heat. Our place is right in the middle of it. The smell of rice is everywhere here. It’s a simple life working in the block. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us, the grain, and the machinery. Some days are long, starting early before the sun is too high in the sky. The office is just a small room where we keep our records and talk to the transporters. Most of the people working here have been with us for years. We know the local farmers and the people who come to collect the rice. It’s a practical business. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing stuff. We just focus on the quality of what we produce. The roads in Nagari can be a bit bumpy, but the trucks make it through okay. Suri-I is a decent place to be, and we are glad to be part of the local economy here. When the day is done, we just lock up and head back to our homes in the village. It’s a steady, quiet existence and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We are just a local rice business doing what we know.
