Amrittownship Developers Private Limited operates out of Prashant Kumar Singh’s house in Biloria village. It’s the house of the son of the late Yogendra Narayan Singh, so most people in Beluari know exactly where it is. We are in the business of developing land and townships, though it’s mostly local stuff for now. We aren't a giant company from the city. We live here and work here. The office is really just a part of the house where we keep all the maps and the legal papers for the plots we are working on. Being in a place like Biloria means we know the land pretty well. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about where they want to build and what the local rules are.
