Our workspace is located in Barsal village, which is just outside of Rampurhat. We operate out of the home of Amal Kumar Chatterjee. It is a very different environment compared to the typical office buildings in the city. We are surrounded by houses and small shops rather than skyscrapers. It is a peaceful place to do our service work. We have converted a couple of rooms into a studio space. It is filled with our computers and whatever gear we need for the day. Since we are in a village, everyone knows everyone else. It is not uncommon for a neighbor to drop by for a chat while we are working. We do not have any corporate policies or fancy uniforms. We just wear what is comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out, especially when the weather gets bad, so we just take that as a sign to take a break. We really enjoy being in Rampurhat. It is home for us. We started this company to show that you do not need to be in a big city to do professional work. We are just a small team of local people. We do not have a big fancy website or a sales team. We just do our work and let that speak for itself. It is a simple, honest way to make a living, and we are quite content with the way things are going for us here.
