New Reliance Chemicals

If you head out to the Nowgoan Industrial Area, you will find us at units 214-215. This is New Reliance Chemicals. It is an industrial zone, so do not expect it to be pretty or quiet. There are trucks moving in and out all the time, and the roads can get a bit muddy when it rains. Our place is basically a combination of a small office and a storage area where we keep the chemical stocks. It smells like a workplace, a mix of old paper and whatever we have in the drums that day. We are not trying to impress anyone with a lobby. We usually have our sleeves rolled up, checking the inventory or loading up a delivery. The workers from the nearby units often stop by for a smoke or a glass of water. It is a rough-and-ready kind of environment. We spend our hours tracking shipments and making sure the containers are sealed properly. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside until it comes back on. It is honest work. We know our products well because we handle them every single day. We do not have a marketing department; we just have ourselves and our phones. If a customer needs something, we go find it in the back. That is how we have always done things here. You get used to the sounds of the machinery next door after a few weeks. We are just a small part of this big machine.
