Multi Plast Industries

At Multi Plast Industries, we spend our days at C1b-9 Plot Num 136, surrounded by the hum of the equipment and stacks of material. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, especially when all the machines are running at once, but we’re used to it. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just another unit in the row, but inside we know exactly where everything is kept. Usually, the morning is spent checking what came in the night before and figuring out the plan for the day. Things don't always go perfectly. A part might break or a delivery might show up late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. We don’t have a marketing team or someone to answer the phone with a script. If you call, you just get whoever is closest to the desk and has clean enough hands to pick up. We mostly deal with the same people we’ve known for years. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things by hand. Our office area is just a corner with a table and a couple of old chairs where we sit for lunch. It’s a simple setup because we’d rather spend the time on the actual work than on making the place look polished. We’ve been at this plot for a while, and the routine hasn't changed much, which is fine by us.
