We’ve been here at A-2/5 in the G.I.D.C. area of Antalia for quite a while now. Most mornings start early before the sun gets too hot, which is a big deal around here. The shop floor is usually busy with the sound of machines and people moving stuff around. It isn’t the quietest place to work, but we’re used to it. Rolastar Pvt. Ltd. has seen a lot of changes in this industrial zone over the years. We remember when there were fewer sheds nearby. Now, the roads are always full of trucks and tempos. It gets a bit dusty in the afternoons. Someone usually goes out to get tea for everyone around 4 PM. That’s the highlight of the day for most of us. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure things are packed up right. There’s no fancy office here, just desks and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or use the backup if it’s working. It’s a practical way of living. We know the neighbors at the other units by name. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings. Most of our talking happens on the floor while looking at parts or schedules. It’s just how things go at an address like this. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there’s stuff everywhere. That’s just part of the job. It keeps us on our toes.
