Prime Shuttles

We are over at 4/R in the G.I.D.C. area. It’s mostly just us working with shuttles all day. The building is a bit older, but it gets the job done for what we need. Most mornings start with checking the machines and making sure everything is running okay. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, so we know the neighbors pretty well. There is always noise coming from the other units around us, but you get used to it after a week or two. Sometimes the traffic in G.I.D.C. gets backed up near the gate, which makes deliveries a bit of a headache. We keep the floor as clean as we can, though dust always finds its way back in. It’s not fancy here. We have some old desks in the corner where we handle the paperwork. When people come by, they usually just walk straight into the work area because that’s where everyone is. We spend a lot of time looking at parts and making sure the shuttles are moving right. Lunch is usually just something quick from the stall down the road. It’s a basic setup, but we like it that way because we can focus on the work instead of worrying about how things look to outsiders. Most of our days are just steady work, one thing after another until it's time to lock up the gate and go home.
