Our office is at O-4 in the CLC Plaza, right by Mangla Chowk. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of energy around Vastu Bhoomi Real Estate India Pvt. Ltd. You can hear the traffic and the people down below all day long. We’ve been in this plaza for a while now, and it’s a good spot for meeting folks who are passing through. The stairs up to the office can be a bit of a climb, but it’s worth it for the view of the chowk. We keep a pretty casual atmosphere inside. There are stacks of folders everywhere and usually a few maps spread out on the main table. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and our afternoons meeting with people who want to talk about land or houses. Mangla Chowk is like the heart of the area, so we get to see everything that’s going on. We don’t go in for big advertisements or flashy signs. Most people find us because they saw our name on the directory or someone told them we were up here. It gets a bit crowded on market days, but that’s just part of the experience of working in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work at hand. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We’re just happy to be here at CLC Plaza doing what we do every single day.
