We are based out of Bilaspur, specifically in the Torwa area. If you know where J.J. Hospital is, we are right near there in the Mateshri Apartment building. It’s on the third floor, Unit B-3, under the care of Praveen Jha. It’s a bit of a different setup than a traditional office since it’s in an apartment complex, but it works fine for what we need. You have to climb some stairs to get to us, which is good exercise I guess. The building is usually pretty busy with residents coming and going, so it doesn't feel like a cold, empty office building. We can hear the sounds of the hospital area nearby, sirens and people talking, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing. We handle the Usha Martyn side of things for the Tata group from this spot. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. The apartment has a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get a bit of fresh air during breaks. Bilaspur gets really dusty, so we are always wiping down the desks to keep things clean. It’s a simple, honest way to run things. We don't have any corporate slogans or fancy coffee machines. We just make tea on a small stove and get on with our tasks. It’s a grounded place to spend the workday, nothing more, nothing less.
