You can find us at house number 13 in Phase 2 of Govind Nagar. We are in Sirgitti, Bilaspur. The company is Unprecedented Construction Private Limited. We chose to work from this house because it’s easier than being in a big commercial building. It feels more like home. We’ve got a big wooden table where we spread out all the blueprints. Most of our work happens out in the field, but this is where we plan it all. Sirgitti is an area with a lot of industries, so there is always a demand for building work. We handle the labor and we source the materials. Sometimes it’s hard to find good workers, but we have a core group we trust. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We think word of mouth is better. If we do a good job on a wall or a roof, the neighbor will ask who did it. That’s how we get most of our calls. It’s a quiet life here in Govind Nagar. We have our tea and we look at the schedules. We try to be practical about everything. If a job is going to take a month, we don't say two weeks. It’s better to be real with people. We’ve been in Bilaspur for years and we like how things work here. We just take one job at a time and finish it properly.
