Our office for Thyssenkrupp Industries India is located at 1707 Shivprasad Building. This is in Malkapur, which is part of the Karad Taluka in Satara district. It’s a solid building and we’ve been here for a while. The area around Malkapur is growing, but it still has that small-town feel where everyone kind of knows each other. We are on one of the upper floors, so we get a decent view of the street below. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our computers, some filing cabinets, and a table for meetings. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done. We deal with industrial equipment and parts, so there’s always something to keep us busy. People from the surrounding areas often come by to talk about their projects or to pick up some documents. We try to be helpful and just give them the facts without any fluff. The staff here are mostly from around Satara, so we speak the same language as our customers, literally and figuratively. We aren't big on corporate slogans or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and make sure everything is handled correctly. There’s a good little place nearby where we get our snacks in the evening before heading home. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people trying to do a good job every day.
