Our office is over at the Ksb Bricks Industries site, near the Bellary-Hospet Road. We are specifically located at the branch office of Kumarswamy in Toranagallu. It is right near the Nagarjuna Hotel, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. This part of Bellary is quite industrial, as you might guess from the brickworks nearby. Texcel Engineers Pvt. Ltd., Chennai has been operating out of this spot for a while now. It is a dusty place, mostly because of the roads and the nearby industry, but we don't mind it much. The office is just a basic structure where we keep our papers and meet up to plan the day's work. It is not a polished corporate environment. We wear work boots more often than dress shoes. The weather in this part of Karnataka can be tough, especially the heat, but we just get on with it. There is a lot of activity around the Bellary-Hospet Road, so it never stays quiet for long. We do not have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just show up, do the engineering work that needs doing, and try to keep things moving. It is a straightforward way to run things. Most of the people here have been doing this for years. We aren't big on formalities; we just care about getting the job finished properly.
