New Raipur Roadways

New Raipur Roadways is located right on F.C.I. Road in Tarbahar. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly about transport and movement around here. Our office is a small brick building that gets pretty hot in the summer months. We have a lot of trucks coming through, so there’s always the smell of diesel and the sound of engines idling nearby. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the energy. Inside, the walls are covered with old maps and clipboards holding delivery receipts. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture, just some metal desks and chairs that have been around since we started. Most of the day is spent on the phone, trying to figure out where everyone is and making sure things are moving the way they should. The floor is usually a bit dirty from all the boots walking in and out, but we sweep it when we can. It’s a practical business. We don’t have any corporate meetings or big presentations. It’s just us, the drivers, and the paperwork. Sometimes we sit out front on the bench when the sun goes down just to catch a breeze. It’s a tough job sometimes, especially when the weather is bad and the roads get muddy, but it’s what we do here in Tarbahar. We just keep the trucks moving and handle the logs as they come in. Every day is a bit different depending on the loads.
