Swagii Food Industry Private Limited is tucked away in Village Panyala. We are located at Brij Lal’s place, near the Kothighumarwin post office in Bilaspur. It is a very local setup. You won’t find any big neon signs here. Most of us grew up around these hills. The food industry sounds like a big title, but for us, it just means working with local ingredients and getting things packed up. We spend a lot of time in the village, so we see the same faces every day. The road to Panyala can be a bit bumpy sometimes, especially when it rains. Our office is simple, just a room with some tables and chairs where we keep our records. We don't use much fancy software. Usually, it's just pen and paper or a basic computer. We are not trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do okay and provide for our families. Sometimes things get messy when a big order comes in, but we all pitch in to help. It feels like a family here. If you come by, you might see us sitting outside during lunch. We talk about the local news or the weather. It is a humble way to work, and it suits us.
