We are located in Bilaspur, even though there is a mention of Kolkata in the name. Our office is specifically in the Tikarapara area, down Gali No. 3 in Ramdas Nagar. Chhattisgarh has its own pace of life, and Bilaspur is a central part of that. Gali No. 3 is a narrow street, so it doesn’t get too much heavy traffic, which is nice when we are trying to concentrate. The pin code here is 495004. The office is a simple setup where we handle the local operations. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and the usual office equipment that always seems to need fixing. It’s a practical space, nothing too fancy or modern. We like being in Ramdas Nagar because it feels like a real neighborhood. You see the same people every day and there is a sense of familiarity. We don’t really do any big marketing; we just exist here and do our jobs. Most of the time is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. The weather gets quite dusty sometimes, so we are always cleaning the desks. It’s just a regular group of people working together to get things finished. We don't have a big corporate feel at all. It’s just an office in a quiet lane where we show up every morning and stay until the work is done for the day.
