Shree Caps Manufacturing

Shree Caps Manufacturing is located out in Deorikhurd, near the Railway Pump House No. 4 in Bilaspur. It’s a bit of an out-of-the-way spot, but it works well for us since we need the space for our machines. We make different kinds of caps here. It’s a fairly simple operation. We have the machines that stamp them out and then we have to check them and pack them into boxes. The noise of the machines can be quite loud during the day, so we usually have to shout a bit to hear each other. We’ve been in Bilaspur for a while now. Most of the people who work here live nearby in the local area. It’s a lot of repetitive work, standing by the machines and making sure everything is running smoothly. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it, which is frustrating but it’s part of the job. We aren’t a huge factory, just a local business trying to get our orders out to the customers who need them. The office is just a small room at the front where we keep the records and take orders over the phone. It’s dusty and there’s always a bit of grease around, but that’s just how it is in a manufacturing shop. We just keep our heads down and keep making caps as long as there is an order to fill.
