Our office is at Plot No-B/108 on the Link Road, right near C M D College. It’s a convenient spot for us because we’re often moving heavy equipment and trucks around. Road construction is a tough business, and our office reflects that. It’s a practical space where we manage our crews and different projects. There’s always a bit of dust and the smell of diesel around the yard where the machinery is kept. We’ve been working on roads for a long time now. We know the local terrain and the challenges that come with the heavy weather here. It’s not a job for people who like to stay clean. We spend a lot of time out on the sites, making sure the grading is right and the asphalt is laid down properly. Back at the Link Road office, we handle the permits and the payroll. It’s a lot of paperwork, but it has to be done to keep the business running. We’re a private company, but we feel like part of the community because the roads we build are the ones everyone uses to get around. We don't have a lot of time for fancy speeches or marketing. We just let our work speak for itself. If a road is smooth and lasts through the monsoon season, then we’ve done our job correctly. We're just a group of hardworking people trying to improve the local infrastructure one project at a time.
