We are located at Balkishan Gupta’s place in Bilaspur, specifically around the Pandeygaon area. People in this part of town usually know exactly where that is. Our main work is land development, especially in the hillier spots nearby. It is not fancy or high-tech work, just figuring out plots and getting the ground ready. Weather can be a real pain and makes everything go slower, but that’s just life here. Spending time on the actual sites is more common for us than sitting in an office. Even though it gets dusty and the roads can be a mess, we make sure the work gets done. Watching the area change over the last few years has been quite something. Some folks come looking for a tiny bit of land, while others want a much bigger plot. Keeping things straightforward is how we prefer to handle our business. The paperwork and the physical labor are all handled by our small team. We don't have dozens of staff members running around in circles. Just a few of us are here making sure things keep moving forward. Working in the hills takes a lot of time because you have to understand the soil and slopes. Being out there every single day has taught us more than any book could. It is hard on the body, but we like being outdoors and seeing stuff being built.
