Prabandhmitra Foundation

Prabandhmitra Foundation is based in Bilaspur, specifically at B-10 Nand Kishore Agarwal Upnagar in Ashok Nagar. We are located along Birkona Road, and our pincode is 495001. Our office is a regular building in a residential colony. It’s a nice area with a lot of trees and families living nearby. We aren't a big, cold institution. We are just a group of friends and colleagues who wanted to start something together. Our office at B-10 is where we spend most of our time. It’s a simple setup with a few tables and chairs. We don't have a lot of expensive equipment. Most of our work is done through conversations and simple planning on paper. Birkona Road can get a little busy during the rush hour, but our spot in Ashok Nagar stays mostly quiet. We have a small garden in the front where we sometimes sit and talk during our breaks. We don't have a formal dress code or fancy titles. We just use our first names and get the job done. The house we work in is a bit older, so it has some character, like a squeaky door and some faded paint here and there. It feels more like a home than an office, which we prefer. We’ve been here for a while and the people in the colony know us well. It’s a very grounded way to run things. We usually lock up around six and head home to our families.
