Niyojan Designsence Private Limited

We are located out in Village Ghonghadih, which is part of the Takhatpur area on Kota Road. It’s a bit of a drive from the main part of Bilaspur, but we like the quiet out here. Our office is on the Sukla Ha plot. Working in a village setting is different from the big city offices; it’s more relaxed and we know everyone around us. Niyojan Designsence started because we wanted to bring some design work to this part of Chhattisgarh. Most days we are busy with local projects and helping people figure out their building plans. It’s a simple setup we have here. We don’t have much in the way of fancy decorations, just our computers and some desks. The road out here can be a bit rough during the monsoon, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time talking to local folks about what they need for their homes or small businesses. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Sometimes the cows wander past the window while we are working on a blueprint. It’s a different pace of life than what you find in the bigger metros. We focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the drawings are clear for the builders. It’s just a few of us here, and we all help out with whatever needs doing, whether it’s drafting or just cleaning up the office. We enjoy being a part of this community and doing what we do.
