Navin Real Build & Infrastructure Llp is located at Shop No 206 on the first floor of V R Plaza. That is right on Link Road, which is always packed with people and cars. It is a good spot because we are close to everything, even if finding parking can be a real pain sometimes. Being on the first floor means we see a lot of people walking by on their way to other shops. We handle real estate and infrastructure projects. It is a lot of looking at land, checking maps, and figuring out where the next building should go. The office in V R Plaza is where we do all the planning. It is not very big, just a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come by to talk about their plans. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites across the city. The Link Road area is really growing, so there is always something new happening just outside our door. We do not do a lot of advertising. Most people just find us because they saw the sign at the plaza or heard about us from someone else in the building trade. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We just take one project at a time and try to stay on top of the paperwork and the actual construction work out in the field. It is a busy life but it is what we do.
