Our Bilaspur office is located on Talapara Road in Binovanagar. We are set up at Mr. S. K. Sen’s place, which gives the whole operation a very personal feel. It is not like those big corporate offices you see in the movies. We have our desks and our files in a space that feels more like a home. Chhattisgarh can get quite hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are running while we work through our daily logs. Most of our work involves managing logistics and making sure things are moving through the region correctly. It’s a lot of coordination. We have people who have been with us for years, so we all know how the others work. There’s a lot of chatter in the office throughout the day as we figure out schedules. We are right there in the heart of the community, so we see the local life of Bilaspur every time we look out the window. It’s a practical way to run a company. We don't spend money on fancy decorations; we just make sure we have what we need to get the job done right. It’s a straightforward environment where the focus is always on the task at hand. Dealing with the paperwork might be tedious for some, but for us, it is just what we do.
