Key Stone Infra Pvt is located in a small place called Jayavaram, which is in the Tangutur Mandal of the Prakasham district in Andhra Pradesh. Our address is actually linked to the home of M Srinivasulareddy. It is a rural area, so things are much slower and quieter than they would be in a big city like Hyderabad. Most of our work is related to local infrastructure projects around the district. We do not have a massive office building with a glass front or a paved parking lot. Instead, we operate from a more traditional setting that fits into the village life here. You will not find us wearing ties or having formal board meetings. We usually just sit together on the porch or in the main room and figure out the logistics for the next job. The post office is nearby in Jayavaram, which is very handy for our mail and documents. Being in this part of Andhra Pradesh means we know almost everyone in the community. We use simple tools and keep our records in ledgers and some basic files on a laptop. It can get extremely hot during the summer months, so we often start our work very early in the morning to avoid the heat.
